I teach yoga.
I teach the poses; I teach the breath.
I teach mantra, mudra and bandha.

But most importantly, I teach the importance of
having the experience.
My workshops are centered around creating this yoga
experience.
Each flow is carefully crafted to maximize sensation and bring
about awareness of the body, the state of the mind, the
present moment and our current position within it.
Using Hatha yoga poses and exercises, we work the
body to achieve the desired result. Framed within this
Hatha vinyasa are Kundalini yoga kriyas, mantras and
pranayam to orient the mind and align the self to the
purpose at hand.

The result is an elevated state of awareness and
presence in which we experience the grace of living.

I was certified to teach yoga in 2003 and have logged in over 7000 hours of professional
