Basic Baked Salmon with Asparagus & Broccolini
Keep it simple, y’all/ This recipe fro baked salmon takes you almost anywhere you want to go with any vegetable or starch substitutions you can think of.
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
4 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F . Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.Arrange salmon fillets on one side of the sheet, vegetables on the other.
Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place lemon slices on top of salmon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily and vegetables are tender. Garnish with fresh dill and serve.
