Buffalo Chicken Biscuits
These should not exist and I am a terrible person for showing them to you. You can’t eat just one even as you know that one is more than enough. But, hey, sometimes you just have to let it all roll out, you know?
Ingredients
1 ½ c shredded chicken
½ c mozzarella
4 oz cream cheese
¼ c buffalo sauce
½ t salt
¼ t black pepper
2 T parsley, chopped
2 T chives, chopped
2 T ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 375. Mix everything in a bowl, set aside. Crack open 1 tin of biscuits and separate. Pinch each biscuit in half and flatten out with your hands. Stuff a pinch of buffalo chicken into the biscuit and wrap it up—the shape is irrelevant and up to you; just make certain that the chicken mixture is fully encased. Nestle into a baking dish and brush tops with:
¼ c melted butter
1 t garlic powder
1 t parmesan, grated
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
