Chocolate lava cake
1 stick butter
6 oz bittersweet chocolate
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
¼ c sugar
salt
2 T AP flour
450 preheat
butter and flour 4 6 oz ramekins
in double boiler, melt butter and chocolate
in medium bowl, beat egg and egg yolk, sugar and salt until thick and pale
whick chocolate and fold into egg mixture with the flour
spoon into ramekins
bake 12 minutes or until sides are firm and center is soft.
Let cool 1 minute then cover with a plate to turn over and unmold
