Pickled radish

I don’t know about you, but once I learned about pickled radishes and onions, my life was never the same. They add a fun pop of pungency to salads, tacos, sandwiches….I love it.

Slice up your radishes and stuff them into a big ass jar. In a bowl mix:

1 cup warm water

1 Tbsp sugar

1 1/2tsp salt

Dissolve the sugar and salt in the warm water, then add:

½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Go ahead and pour the mixture over the radishes, and let it cool to room temperature before closing the jar and refrigerating.
