Well- Nourished October Ritual Menu

The ritual celebrations of the Asian and Indian holidays feature a lot of common elements, so you will see this menu work with those profiles. There is a tasty salad here that would help you clear up any leftovers from your puja ritual, so while I have this listed on a Tuesday, just pop it into your weekly menu whenever you need to clear the altar. I didn’t include a recipe, because….salad.

Additionally, I just couldn’t pass up all of the random sweet holidays, so you will see a few baking projects included here as well.

Sunday: Slow Cooker Mole Chicken Tacos

Cayenne Chocolate Cupcakes (there is a national cayenne pepper day. I shit you not)

Monday: Butternut & Chickpea Coconut Red Curry with Spinach, Rice & Peanuts
