Harvest Menu--Florida Style

If I needed to say it once more, lol, I’m in Florida. Harvest came and went with the mangoes and the celebration was best observed when there were boxes of them on the side of the roads with desperate signs reading, “Please take one”.

This week-long menu highlights much of what is local and in season here in the place that I live and love. If you are South like me, you will find that everything is super easy to get your hands on. If y’all are in the North, well…..taste a little commupence and enjoy the Floribbean Flavours I am about to lay down on y’all.

Wednesday the 22nd is the calendar date of Mabon/ Autumnal Equinox 2021. So you will see that this date is the most observant of the harvest theme.
